Anthony is a devoted Christ follower, husband, father and community champion. He is a servant leader and a great supporter of the local church and community as demonstrated by the many non-profit and community organizations he has served with including the Akron Urban League, Red Oak Behavioral Health (formerly Pastoral Counseling Services, Inc.), i C.A.R.E. Mentoring, Imagine Academy Akron, EMERGE Counseling Ministries and Habitat for Humanity of Portage County. He has taken several steps to make his calling and election sure, including earning his Bachelor’s degree from The University of Akron, Masters of Theological Studies degree from Malone University and currently pursuing an advanced degree in clinical counseling.
With an excellent track record as a hospice chaplain and bereavement coordinator, Anthony has come to the aide of countless individuals and families in various states of mental and emotional distress. Anthony has been blessed with the spiritual gifts of preaching, teaching, oration and personal counseling. Many in the body of Christ have benefited through his humble service as a preacher, wedding and funeral officiant, one on one and couple’s counselor, baptisms, community prayer and devotional leader and purveyor of supportive grief services.
Anthony married his wife Catrina in 1999. They have an adult daughter and a 12 year old son. They have been attending St. Ashworth Temple since 2017.
